Bought a lovely low mileage Auris off Kylemore this week and Lee O'Donnell couldn't have been more helpful. Please read this carefully and be aware. My wife and I purchased a Mercedes A Class 191D car from Kylemore. On the day they couldn't have been nicer.  10 days in the car broke down in the middle of heavy traffic and had to be towed away, never to be seen again. Kylemore had little or no interest in helping . Not only was there a serious mechanical fault. Kylemore had not registered the car for NCT as promised and a  result the car was been driven illegally on Irish road. Vast Majority of their cars are Japanese imports and have not been serviced as we discovered let. Mail after Mail ensued begging for help and finally Kylemore agreed to a replacing.. we picked up 191D BMW 330E 2 weeks after the 1st car broke down. Said vehicle is a plug in hybrid and when we got it home discovered the EV cable had a Japanese plug meaning it could not be plugged into an Irish socket . Again Mail after Mail and 10 days later. They tell us we can pick up an EV charger with a Irish 3 pin plug. We then discover the cable has a different configuration to Japanese cars. Please please Please be aware of what you are buying from Kylemore. Their after sales is so poor.  Ultimately we have now had to engage a solicitor.  We have a second car that cannot be charged. Behind a nightmare. Going on for 2 months and still going..

Got my car serviced here recently - I have to say really impressed. Loved the personalised video that they sent before any work had commenced on the car. I recently bought a new car at Trinity Volkswagen in wicklow. I have to say the level of service was outstanding and it felt very personalised and like they very much cared. I've had fiat's, ford's, seats, and Opels before and bought from all their respective dealers and this so far has been the best experience.

Will was in contact throughout the process of the sale and even after the sale to make sure the car was up to standard.

When I came in to collect the car the financial side of things was handled by Ray who went through all the fine details but made the financials very clear in layman's terms.

I was offered coffee upon arrival and even people working there that I hadn't been dealing with throughout the process seemed to know my name and would say hello as I was waiting.

Overall it made trading in my old car, working out the financials, and driving away in my new shiny car an enjoyable experience and I would strongly consider buying from Trinity Motors again as a result.

I decided to change my car and emailed Trinity Motors with some queries within two weeks I was driving my beautiful new VW Tiago off the lot. From start to finish they were fantastic, they kept me updated at every point and most definitely gave me the best deal around but also got me a car that really covered everything I’d asked for. I  was treated so well with the highest level of professionalism from start to finish. I don’t think I’d ever go anywhere else for a car. The flowers with the Rathnew colours were the icing on the cake 🥰

5* for my engagement with Fionn from the sales team. Responsive and Engaging. The reason for the 4* is mainly around PCP.
The people and personal side was again positive- however the information is simply not clear and I was told a few time that VW finance and information on online calculator is misleading. I struggled with this.
